refactor(reportingData): 优化撤销单申报功能

- 在撤销单申报时，将 this.dropdownCode 设置为 dropdownCode
- 在取消撤销时，将 this.dropdownCode重置为 'full'
- 修改撤销对话框中的 type 参数，使用 this.dropdownCode 代替固定的 'cancellation'
